Which building is it?

This is treatment, not structural mold remediation. It does not fix an active leak, and moisture that is still wet can grow mold again.
What it costs
A house has its price on this site. Whole-home disinfection for mold is $0.30 per heated square foot, with a $200 minimum, and you have the number before anyone comes out. Air duct cleaning and treatment is $50 a vent on the same visit, however many you have. Booked alone, air duct cleaning and treatment starts at $399.
A commercial building gets a walkthrough rather than a posted price, because the floor plan, the hours we can work and the order we work in all change the job. Nothing is quoted until someone has seen it. Contact us to set up a walkthrough.
