Tell the board the size of the house and it gives you the price before anyone comes out. A whole-house treatment has a $200 minimum. Vents on their own are $50 each with a $399 minimum, and that vent minimum is waived when they go on a whole-house job. Twelve-month guarantee, in writing on the invoice. Bactronix also tests for mold, disinfects, and cleans air ducts and dryer vents across Charleston, Summerville and Cane Bay.

The same phone number is on the van

White van, black lettering, the phone number on the side. The board, the van and the invoice carry the same number.
How the treatment works
We clean the system first, then treat it with an EPA-registered antimicrobial through the electrostatic sprayer, which coats what a brush cannot reach. Every supply and return vent, the registers, the duct work, the coil and the outside of the air handler. The 12-month guarantee goes on the invoice, in writing.
